Containment

Containment

Containment: a set of coordinated techniques, equipment and installations that are focused on maintaining all toxic or biologically risky substances under control, so that they can be worked on without causing risk to people or the environment.

Toxicological containment

We offer our specialized knowledge in order to support new projects or adaptations of existing installations for research projects or the manufacturing of high-risk toxicological projects, meeting with national and international criteria (Safebridge, Naumann, NIOSH, UE-HSE y NTP 1104 y 1105).

Plant/laboratory categorisation

Study of the primary and secondary barriers and work procedures in order to define the products that can be manufactured at a given plant or laboratory.

GAP_analysis

Implementation of the technical measures developed by Inntegrapharma and Qualia

  • SAS of personnel for high risk areas
  • SAS of materials for high risk areas
  • Custom-made containment isolators
  • Fogging showers

Performing environmental measurements to determine the actual level of exposure.

Biological containment

We offer our specialized knowledge in order to support new projects or adaptations of existing installations for research projects or the manufacturing of high-risk biological projects.
(Levels P2, P3, P3+, P3 Ag and P4 meeting with national and international criteria- CDC, WHO, ABSA, European Regulations).

Plant/laboratory categorisation

Study of the necessary primary and secondary barriers, layout, flows, teams and work procedures based on the biological products that are to be manufactured.

GAP_Analysis

Study of the technical measures that need to be implemented in order to manufacture high risk biological products.

Implementation of technical measurements developed by Inntegrapharma (Qualia products).

  • SAS of personnel with water shower for high risk biological areas
  • SAS of materials for high risk biological areas
  • Custom-made containment isolators
  • Highly tightened pneumatic doors for biological containment
